Course Description:

Before taking the skiing, tech/movement analysis or teaching parts of the assessment, the candidate must successfully complete the online Alpine Level II Professional Knowledge Assessment.

The Alpine Level II Technical & Movement Analysis assessment is a one-day assessment. Groups will meet at a specified location at 8:30 A.M. Please be punctual. Group assignments will be posted at the meeting location for which examiners to meet with at 8:30 A.M.. This will be your group for the day.

Scoring will reflect the Assessment Criteria of the National Standards – Technical & Movement Analysis. Make sure and have reviewed the Alpine Certification Guide for more detail of the on-hill experience.



Additional Event Details:

If registering for the same module more than one time in the season, you agree you will not be eligible to receive a refund if you cancel, or not show up to, the second exam, you hold a spot from someone else being able to register for the exam. Even if you see a waitlist.


Exam Modules in Entirety


Please note, to complete your certification, all modules, including the professional development online exam, have to be successfully completed in the Northwest, partial modules completed in another division do not cross over.



Know Ahead


Make sure you are familiar with, and know, the appropriate section(s) of the Alpine Certification Guide and the National Alpine Standards. And that you have talked with your trainer on expectations and your readiness for the exam.
