Welcome to the TD Downloads page.  On this page you will find links to all those important downloads you need to have a successful season as a TD with PSIA-NW.

TD Application

This document must be filled out and faxed into the office before you attend any events as a TD.  You must also get your associated school approval which can be emailed, phoned in or as a signature on the form.

There is a $25 cancellation and late fee for all TD events. If you sign up for an event and do not show up or do not notify the office within 48 hours of the start of the event, the credit card on file will be charged $25 (e.g. Winter Training at Stevens Pass – must notify office 48 hours before the first day of this 3-day event). If you sign up for any TD training event less than seven (7) days before the event, your request to attend will be granted on a space-available basis and your credit card will be billed $25.

Event Application

Fill out the event application for all or just one event.  Make sure to sign the release portion and fax it into the office two weeks prior to attending any training  event.

Level I Accreditation

To administer  the Level I exam at your school you must attend a Level I accreditation at least once every two years.  Accreditation will offered at a number of locations throughout the season.

Snow Park Permits – Oregon

You must have a valid Sno-Park permit displayed in the windshield of your vehicle if you park in designated winter recreation parking areas (Sno-Parks) between November 15 and April 30. Sno-Parks are located in all mountain passes of the state and in most recognized ski, snowmobile, and snow play areas.
