If approved:
We will email you a printable PDF form that must be signed by an official of the sponsoring organization at the end of the event. This is required and must be returned to us (along with payment of $40 ed credit fee) after the event in order to receive education credit for the current season.

If denied:
We will email you with reasoning and you will need to seek another option for education credit for the season.
