Course Description:
Course Description: Enhance your ability to help clients progress through skilled movement analysis. This clinic focuses on sharpening your eye for cross country skiing mechanics, identifying movement patterns that impact performance, and developing effective teaching solutions. You’ll learn to observe, analyze, and provide constructive feedback that leads to meaningful improvements in your clients’ skiing.; keeping it focused and practical while emphasizing the connection between observation and effective teaching. Through practical exercises and guided observation, you’ll strengthen your ability to spot key technical elements and communicate corrections clearly.
Learning Outcomes:
- Demonstrate effective movement analysis techniques to accurately assess client skiing patterns and skill levels
- Apply targeted teaching strategies based on real-time observation of client movements
- Design specific feedback and corrective exercises that address individual client needs
