Course Description:
The Mono-Bi Ski Level 2 Exam evaluates your ability to teach sit-ski students using mono-ski and bi-ski equipment against the PSIA-AASI Adaptive Level 2 National Standard.
WHAT TO EXPECT
– Equipment set-up and fit – Correctly size and adjust buckets, seat backs, straps, dampeners, outriggers and tethers for the individual student.
– Safe student management – Demonstrate transfers, lift loading and unloading, and controlled tethered descents on intermediate terrain.
– Teaching competency – Deliver a lesson segment with clear goals, a logical progression, accurate movement analysis, and effective communication with the student and assistants.
Adaptive Level 1 certification is a prerequisite. Review the PSIA-NW Adaptive Certification Guide, the Mono-Ski and Bi-Ski Exam Information sheets, and complete your Bi-Mono Ski Development Log before attending.

Make sure you are familiar with, and know, the appropriate section(s) of the Adaptive Certification Guide and the National Adaptive Standards. And that you have talked with your trainer on expectations and your readiness for the exam.
