Course Description:
The Gals Gala is a women’s snowsports celebration – an event built around skill-building and sisterhood, open to women of all ability levels. Whether you are newer to the slopes and looking to gain confidence or an experienced rider refining your technique, this event offers a supportive environment to learn, grow, and connect with fellow snow enthusiasts.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of this event, participants will be able to:
– Make a technical change – Apply coaching to one specific aspect of your skiing or riding and feel the difference it produces.
– Work at your own level – Identify where your skills currently sit and choose the next progression step that fits, rather than someone else’s.
– Take on a personal challenge – Attempt terrain or a task that has felt out of reach, with coaching and group support.
– Build your network – Identify peers and mentors to keep skiing, riding, and training with after the event.
- Open to women at all certification levels, skiers and riders. Earns continuing education credit (CEUs).
Additional Event Details:
White Pass is supporting this event with tickets for those who do not have a pass at the area. We will have an informal social meet and greet Wednesday night and a dinner Thursday night at the ski hill.
