Course Description:

Set to coincide with a stop on the 22 Designs Demo Tour, this one-day clinic focuses on telemark skiing in a range of fun situations on a range of fun equipment. The demo tour brings the opportunity to try some of the newest telemark gear, including NTN bindings and boots, and to explore how to get more out of a broader variety of equipment.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of this clinic, participants will be able to:

– Get the most out of the gear – Adjust tactics and movements to bring out the performance a given telemark setup is built to deliver.

– Compare across equipment – Describe how efficient movement differs between setups, and what each design asks of the skier.

– Identify your own preferences – Explain which equipment characteristics suit your skiing and why, based on the day’s experience.

– Act on performance feedback – Apply coaching received during the day to make a specific change in your telemark skiing.

• Telemark specific. Demo equipment available on site. Earns continuing education credit (CEUs).

Additional Event Details:
Lift tickets will be supported for those who do not have a season pass at the resort.
