Course Description:
A one-day staff training session delivered to a PSIA-AASI member school by divisional staff. The school sets the agenda; PSIA-NW brings an examiner or Divisional Clinic Leader to your mountain to deliver it.
HOW IT WORKS
– Custom agenda – The school’s Training Director works with PSIA-NW to build a day around the staff’s actual needs: exam prep, movement analysis, teaching consistency, children’s instruction, or a specific technical theme.
– On your terrain – Training happens at your area, on the terrain and with the student population your staff works with daily.
– Standards alignment – Get your whole staff calibrated to current National Standards and divisional expectations at once.
Arranged by member school request through the PSIA-NW office. Participants earn continuing education credit (CEUs). Contact PSIA-NW to discuss scheduling, cost and clinician availability.

This is the training for education staff and trainers.
Through this program, trainers come away with information to take back to their school to support their training in things such as movement analysis, technical understanding, observation, evaluation, prescription, national standards and better understanding them, to name just a few.
