Course Description:
Looking for a way to get your arms and legs moving, your lungs full of fresh air, and to see the beauty of the Northwest? Then Fall College is for you. Choose one day or two to travel the largest trail system in North America in the Methow Valley. Come enjoy Sun Mountain and all it has to offer, along with fantastic clinicians excited to share their love of the sport, and learn a thing or two along the way.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of this event, participants will be able to:
– Refresh core Nordic technique – Apply clinician feedback to improve your own classic and skate skiing before the season begins.
– Add teaching tools – Take away drills and progressions you can use with students in the first weeks of the season.
– Connect with the Nordic community – Build relationships with clinicians and peers across the division.
One-day option. Held in the Methow Valley at Sun Mountain. Open to all certification levels. Earns continuing education credit (CEUs).
Additional Event Details:
Nordic Fall College – trail passes will be supported by Methow Trails. Topics will be determined each morning, bring both skate and classic skis. National team member Tulie will be at the event too, along with our other fantastic clinic leaders.
