Course Description:
A two-day staff training session delivered to a PSIA-AASI member school by divisional staff. The two-day format allows a genuine progression – establish a theme and gather baseline observations on day one, then apply and consolidate on day two.
HOW IT WORKS
– Custom agenda across two days – Your Training Director works with PSIA-NW to build a plan with real depth rather than a single-day overview.
– On your terrain – Delivered at your area, with your staff, on the terrain they teach every day.
– Deeper change – Overnight reflection, video review where available, and a second day to reinforce means new habits are more likely to hold.
– Staff-wide calibration – Align your entire teaching team to current National Standards and divisional expectations.
Arranged by member school request through the PSIA-NW office. Participants earn continuing education credit (CEUs).
