Fall College 2011

Event Details

Ready for lots of skiing and general trackster fun as usual? You’ll be exploring the trails again this year led by the top track gurus in the Northwest. What more could you ask for? The clinic topics are broad enough to accommodate your goals and desires: ski improvement concepts and teaching concepts, in both Classic and Skate. And you’re welcome to attend either one day or both. We will also be offering the Level I exam on Saturday for current members.  A great event to kick off the start of a great season. Skate and classic cross country specific. Each session’s clinic needs a minimum of 5 people. If less sign up, we will “rearrange” clinics in order to best fit the group’s needs. Please Note: Depending on snow, we will either base out of the Sun Mountain Trails or the Mazama Trail system. Also Fall College will run either on snow or indoors, depending on what Mother Nature brings. We look forward to seeing you there.

Ready to delve into your skiing?  Gain greater insight on your movements and the patterns you’ve developed?  Dig deeper in your understanding of you, how you learn and process information and apply it to your skiing?  If so, this coaching intense session is for you.

INDOOR SESSIONS:

Meet at 5pm, location is TBD, Friday evening to get the program started in establishing expectations of the program and its fundamentals.

ON SNOW:

Meet each morning up in the Mission Ridge lodge no later than 8:40am. The on-snow days include indoor evening sessions as well. Special thanks and support by Mission Ridge.

DINNERS:

The days are long and sometimes chilly, the indoor might have your brain aching – so we try and add in a little social time with pre-planned (not pre-paid) dinners. If you are interested in the dinner options, please let us know so we can make the necessary arrangements. We do reserve space, so it’s appreciated if you do not cancel at the last minute.
