Isolate to Integrate

Still scratching your head on how the five fundamentals relate to your existing paradigm? This clinic explores the five fundamentals to increase your understanding and application of biomechanics, the skills concept and ski performance. Using a variety of terrain and activities, we will seek to isolate movement patterns and skill application within each fundamental to experience “what you get and what you don’t” relative to ski performance. Of course, subsequent blending and integration of the fundamentals in a variety of skiing scenarios will ensure you get it all!
