New this season you will be able to sign up for education events online – the link to register online will be placed within the specific event information. We will continue to accept faxed, snail mail or emailed (completed and scanned) applications. If you are emailing your application to us and would prefer to not have your payment information (credit card) on the form, please phone member services with your credit card information at (206) 244-8541 or fax to (206) 241-2885.
Please note, exam registrations will only be accepted via fax, email or snail mail. Incomplete exam applications will be returned immediately. Must have director’s signature and payment information before we will process.
If you fax or email your application for an event or exam, you will receive an email back from us that we have successfully received your application. If you do not receive an email from us, please call member services to confirm receipt. This is the best way to insure we have your information and you have been added to the event or exam for your chosen event date.
