Currently there is no on-line application process. We accept faxed applications and emailed applications. If you are emailing your application to us and would prefer to not have your payment information (credit card) on the form, please phone member services with your credit card information at (206) 244-8541 or fax to (206) 241-2885.

If you fax or email your application for an event or exam, you will receive an email back from us that we have successfully received your application. If you do not receive an email from us, please call the office to confirm receipt. This is the best way to insure we have your information and you have been added to the event or exam for your chosen event date.
